From 1989, about the size of a paperback book, the Atari Portfolio was one of the very first handheld computers.  It ran a special version of DOS called DIP-DOS.  Distributed Information Processing.  128K internal memory.  Dick was given one by Andy Marken, now of ADS Tech, to show on Regis years ago.

Dick, Leo and Regis

Leo finds appearing on Regis & Kelly a tough job.  He has to collect about 100 gadgets, fly there, and pay for a hotel room in order to make the show.  Dick says that's what he has to do, too, in Canada, for that cheapskate.

No Men Involved

Vicky from Memphis, an itinerant teacher of blind children, discovered DGW all by herself.   No men involved.  She wants to tell Leo and the world how to get a good deal on a .Mac account.
Memphis, one of Leo's favourite songs is Walking To Memphis by Marc Cohn, muses Leo.
