About 10 years old from the Atlanta Sports Show, the Arm Alarm watch was called "the watch with an attitude" because it had a built-in "horn" for in-line skaters to toot. After the podcast, Dick was alerted by a listener to eBay where he got one for $1.50. The more recent packaging refers to it as a burglar alarm/deterrent, a sort of security device with the helpful information that "It can't be used against you." See Episode 53.
The Match Game
Dick has just unearthed from his warehouse a box of questions he wrote for the Match Game over a period of 17 years, the first batch of which were written 30 years ago to the week. Listen to some of these questions, and how Dick saved the show from being axed. Dick explains why some shows were more "relaxed" than others, and what Brett Somers thought about some of the contestants.
Leo also tries his hand at writing a Match Game style question.
