The Verilux Rise and Shine Lamp is a bedside lamp using a natural full spectrum xenon bulb, with dimming control, AM/FM radio. It simulates the rising and setting of the sun to help you maintain your body’s natural circadian balance. Set the alarm clock and it will gradually increase the light and play from a choice of 8 nature sounds (wind, rain, seagulls, church bells etc) with increasing volume. It comes with a free pillow speaker so you can use the audio without disturbing others. The Sleep feature reverses the process.
