Connect any hard drive (2.5" or 3.5") or 5.25" optical drives (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM drives), whether it's IDE or SATA, to your computer externally via a USB port with this Universal Drive Adapter set.
Plug one end of the power adapter to the power connector on the drive, the other end to the AC adapter.  One end of the USB cable goes into the
IDE connector on the drive, the other end to your computer's USB port, and your internal drive is ready to work, externally, without having to open up the computer tower.  Designed for temporary use.
