You Can't Have It! The Sony Vaio VN-CX1 Skype Mouse from Dynamism. Check out the Wood Block Clock, too.

Detailed information

An optical mouse, but flip open the clam shell and it becomes a skype phone.  The scroll-wheel becomes the volume control, press it to mute the call, and close the clam-shell to end the call.

The Wood Block Clock

Someone told Dick that VAIO stands for "Video Audio In Out".  It's actually "Video Audio Integrated Operation".
